• 摘要： 在现代经营管理理念中，金融管理占重要地位。此外，企业在发展经营过程中，常以金融管理作为日常管理工作的主要内容。鉴 于金融管理的重要性，我们有必要对金融管理在企业经营管理中的地 位和作用做一个分析探讨。本文就以金融管理的现状为出发点，对改善金融管理在企业经营管理中的应用进行详细分析。
• Financial management plays an important role in modern management concept. In addition, in the process of development and operation, enterprises often take financial management as the main content of daily management. In view of the importance of financial management, it is necessary for us to analyze and discuss the status and role of financial management in enterprise management. Based on the current situation of financial management, this paper analyzes the application of improving financial management in enterprise management.
