Abstract: 通过对城市污水热能回收与利用方式、系统和回收技术措施以及应用该项技术的意义的探讨，旨在促进城市污水热能回收与利用在我国的研究、应用和发展，并使其成为城市污水资源化的一项先进技术。
The purpose of this paper is to promote the research, application and development of urban sewage thermal energy recovery and utilization in China, and to make it an advanced technology of urban sewage resource utilization.
