Abstract: 可持续发展是当今世界发展的主题，是实现人与自然和谐相处的唯一途径。对水利可持续发展的必要性进行了分析，阐述了水土流失的危害性，对水土保持在改善水环境的积极作用进行了探讨。
Sustainable development is the theme of today's world development andthe only way to achieve harmony between man and nature. This paper analyzes the necessity of water conservancy sustainable development, expounds the harmfulness of water and soil erosion, and probes into the positive role of water and soil conservation in improving water environment.
