- Abstract: 构建资源节约型与环境友好型社会是党中央在新时期所提出的新举措，是落实科学发展观、构建和谐社会的内在要求。本文从生态伦理学的角度探析构建资源节约型和环境友好型社会的理论基础、伦理意义及其与科学发展观的内在契合点，具有较强的现实意义。
- The construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society is a new measure put forward by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in the new era. It is the internal requirement of implementing the scientific development concept and constructing a harmonious society. From the Angle of ecological ethics, this paper analyzes the theoretical basis, ethical significance and the inner point of conformity with the scientific development view of constructing resource-saving and environment-friendly society, which has strong practical significance.
