- 摘要： 内蒙古在中国北方生态屏障体系中居重要地位。本文从北方生态安全屏障的重要性出发，根据内蒙古生态安全屏障建设过程中需要解决的问题，从六个方面提出了资源与环境约束下将构建北方重要生态安全保护的具体措施。
- Inner Mongolia plays an important role in the ecological barrier system in northern China. Based on the importance of the ecological security barrier in the north and the problems to be solved in the process of the construction of the ecological security barrier in Inner Mongolia, this paper puts forward the specific measures to construct the important ecological security protection in the North under the constraints of resources and environment from six aspects.
