• Abstract: 水文水环境管理与防洪减灾和人民的财产安全有很大的关系，因此有效的对水文水环境进行管理，是保证人民安居乐业的前提。本文即详细阐述了水文水资源环境管理与防洪减灾的措施。
• The management of hydrology and water environment is closely related to flood control and disaster reduction and people's property safety. Therefore, effective management of hydrological and water environment is the premise to ensure people's living and working in peace and contentment. This paper expounds in detail the measures of hydrology and water resources environment management and flood control and disaster reduction.
