  • 摘要: 为了防止机车驶过分相绝缘器的过电压损害机车控制系统,保证火车 正常运行,常在绝缘器两端加装阻容装置,高电压大容量的电容是该装置的核 心元件。本文通过选用一种高介电常数的瓷料,设计并制造了一种小体积、低 介质损耗的陶瓷电容器组。该电容器包含 16 个并联的电容器单元,每个电容器 单元由 3 个陶瓷电容器元件串联组成。通过合理布置电容器组的结构,在保证 基本电气性能的基础上预防了环氧树脂浇注的应力集中,同时减少了环氧树脂 的用量,提高了产品的环保性能。该产品具有电容量大、介质损耗小、环保无 油污染的特点,并已开始工业化生产且投入相关线路的使用。
  • In order to prevent the over-voltage of the locomotive passing through the split phase insulator from damaging the locomotive control system and ensuring the normal operation of the train, resistance and capacitance devices are often installed at both ends of the insulator. The high voltage and large capacity capacitance are the core components of the device. In this paper, a ceramic capacitor bank with small volume and low dielectric loss is designed and manufactured by selecting a kind of ceramic material with high dielectric constant. The capacitor consists of 16 parallel capacitor units, each of which is composed of three ceramic capacitor elements in series. Through the reasonable arrangement of capacitor bank structure, the stress concentration of epoxy resin pouring is prevented on the basis of ensuring the basic electrical performance, the amount of epoxy resin is reduced, and the environmental protection performance of the product is improved. The product has the characteristics of large capacitance, small dielectric loss, environmental protection and no oil pollution, and has started industrial production and put into use of related lines.
