• 摘要： 《人民日报》是中共中央的机关报和思政宣传的耳目及喉舌，是党和政府进行舆论引导的主战场和开展意识形态领域工作的主阵地。作为中国特色社会主义国家的主流大众传播媒体，以其新闻信息的真实性、报纸舆论的公信力、政策法规的权威性、思想教育的指导性而在人民群众及海外读者当中享受崇高新闻媒体地位和具有强大思想文化影响力。陈云在1980年12月对《人民日报》办报工作有一段全面客观、深入透辟的阐扬与评价，镌刻了他深邃新闻思想的印迹。通过对陈云讲话的历史回顾与考量，可以窥探改革开放初期他对《人民日报》相关传媒舆论工作、政治宣传工作、思想引领工作的具体指导思想及指示精神，亦可从中了解他颇具时代特色和实践特质的报纸思想及大众传媒理论。
• The People’s Daily is the official newspaper of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the mouthpiece for ideological and political propaganda. It is the main battlefield for the Party and the government to guide public opinion and carry out ideological work; As the mainstream mass media of socialist countries with Chinese characteristics, it enjoys a high status as a news media and has strong ideological and cultural influence among the people and overseas readers due to the authenticity of its news information, the credibility of newspapers and public opinion, the authority of policies and regulations, and the guidance of ideological education. Chen Yun’s comprehensive, objective, and insightful exposition and evaluation of the work of the People’s Daily in December 1980 engraved the imprint of his profound news thinking. Through a historical review and consideration of Chen Yun’s speech, we can glimpse into his specific guiding ideology and directive spirit towards the media and public opinion work, political propaganda work, and ideological guidance work related to the People’s Daily during the early stages of reform and opening up. We can also understand his newspaper and mass media theory with distinctive characteristics of the times and practical features.
