社交媒体时代高校留学归国人员思政引领方法探颐

• 摘要： 在全球化浪潮中，高等教育的国际化和全球化趋势愈益明显，高校毕业生的留学经历成为其个人发展的重要推力。高校留学归国人员是桥接国内与国际社会的重要纽带，高校留学归国人员数量的不断增加也标志着国家形象和文化软实力的不断增强。我国支持高校学生出国留学的政策，为有学术追求的学子提供了便利条件。在外留学期间，该群体对提升自身学科素养、技术能力等方面的需求得到了极大满足，但面对复杂的国外环境，有效引导高校归国留学人员的思想政治教育工作也尤为重要。结合数字化浪潮，利用新媒体加强高校留学归国人员思想教育，提升其思政素养势在必行。
• In the wave of globalization, the trend of internationalization and globalization of higher education has become more and more obvious, and the study abroad experience of college graduates has become an important driving force for their personal development. Returnees from colleges and universities are an important link between China and the international community, and the increasing number of returnees from colleges and universities also signifies the strengthening of the national image and cultural soft power. China’s policy of supporting college and university students to study abroad has provided convenient conditions for students with academic pursuits. During the period of studying abroad, the group's needs for improving their disciplinary literacy and technical ability have been greatly satisfied, but in the face of the complex foreign environment, it is also particularly important to effectively guide the ideological and political education work of college returnees. Combined with the wave of digitization, it is imperative to use new media to strengthen the ideological education of returned overseas students in colleges and universities and improve their ideological and political literacy.
