传播学视域下国内外人机交互研究的现状、焦点及趋势

• 摘要： 智能传播时代，人与人工智能之间的关系议题正成为社会各界关注的焦点。人工智能凭借其不断增长的感知、理解、反应和学习能力嵌入人类生活的方方面面，机器前所未有地成为能与人类互动的智能主体，从而带来了人机交互研究焦点的变化。为深入理解国内外人机交互的研究现状、研究焦点及发展趋势，本文采用文献计量法，在中国知网（CNKI）及美国科学引文核心合集（WebofScience）数据库进行相关检索，运用VOSviewer和Citespace对筛选后的文献进行可视化分析。研究发现国内外人机交互研究都重点关注人机关系、人工智能、智能传播、社交机器人等议题，其中国内研究凸显了伦理与技术两大视角，国外学者关注了用户体验。
• In the era of intelligent communication, the relationship between human and artificial intelligence has become a focus of attention in all sectors of society. With its constantly growing perception, understanding, response and learning ability, artificial intelligence is entering the field that was once exclusive to humans, becoming an autonomous intelligent machine that interacts with humans. Humans can interact with artificial intelligence in an unprecedented way, which has brought about changes in the focus of human-computer interaction research. In order to gain a deeper understanding of the current research status, research focus and development trend of human-computer interaction at home and abroad, this article uses bibliometric methods to conduct relevant searches in the databases of CNKI and Web of Science, and conducts visual analysis on the screened literature using VOSviewer and Citespace. The study found that both domestic and foreign research on human-computer interaction focuses on issues such as human-computer relationships, artificial intelligence, intelligent communication, and social robots. Domestic research highlights the perspectives of ethics and technology, while foreign scholars focus on user experience.
