拟剧理论视角下青年群体社交媒体倦怠成因研究——以腾讯QQ 的使用为例

• 摘要： 随着网络技术的发展，社交媒体深入到受众的日常生活，承担着用户的社交和分享需求。但近年来，青年人在使用社交媒体时产生了疲惫、厌烦感，出现了从社交媒体中退出的意愿和倾向。腾讯QQ作为主流社交媒体平台之一，用户账号活跃量不断下降。本文以欧文·戈夫曼的拟剧理论为视角，以腾讯QQ的青年用户为研究对象，运用网络爬虫法抓取用户评论，通过内容分析和文本分析法探析青年群体产生社交媒体倦怠的原因。研究发现，腾讯QQ的舞台设置不符合用户需求，并具有暴露用户后台隐私的风险，降低了用户的信任度；在腾讯QQ使用中个人的表达需求得不到满足，并且印象管理步骤复杂，前台过多的虚假表演造成用户疲惫；用户的表演互动存在社交过载和社会比较问题，容易使用户产生厌倦。本研究以拟剧理论为视角展开，以期丰富社交媒体倦怠现象的研究视角，为改善QQ等社交媒体的功能设置提供参考。
• With the development of network technology, social media has penetrated into People's Dailylife, bearing the social and sharing needs of users. However, in recent years, young people have becometired and bored when using social media, and there has been a willingness and tendency to withdrawfrom social media. Tencent QQ, as one of the mainstream social media platforms, users have alsosuffered from burnout, and the number of active accounts has been declining. From the perspective ofIrwin Goffman's drama theory, this paper takes young users of Tencent QQ as the research object, usesweb crawler method to capture user comments, and summarizes the causes of social media burnoutamong young people through content analysis and text analysis. The study found that the stage settingof Tencent QQ does not meet the needs of users, and has the risk of exposing the privacy of users inthe background, reducing the trust of users. In Tencent QQ, individual expression needs can not bemet, and the impression management steps are complicated, and too many fake performances at thefront desk cause user fatigue. There are also problems of social overload and social comparison in theperformance interaction of users, which is easy for users to get bored. This study is carried out from theperspective of drama theory, in order to enrich the research perspective of social media burnout, andprovide a reference dimension for improving the functional Settings of social media such as QQ.
