Abstract: 潘梓年除了广为人知的在新闻宣传事业上的杰出成就，还是一位卓越的教育实践家，引导了一大批进步青年接受教育、投身革命、服务社会，他在青年工作方面的思想与实践至今仍具有借鉴意义。本文梳理潘梓年自身的青年成长与教育工作经历，概括青年工作实践特点，并总结探讨青年工作思想。
Pan Zinian is not only well-known for his outstanding achievements in journalism andpropaganda, but also an outstanding educator, who has guided a large number of progressive youngpeople to receive education, join the revolution and serve the society. His thoughts and practicesin youth work still have reference significance. This paper combs Pan Zinian’s own youth growthand education experience, summarizes the practical characteristics of youth work, summarizes anddiscusses youth work thoughts.
