Research on the Innovation Strategy of National Style Games from the Perspective of Communication Ceremony —A Case Study of Jiangnan Hundred Scenes Map
The theory of ritual view of communication regards “ritual” as the metaphor ofcommunication, and regards communication as culture, which is a kind of ritual activity to maintainsocial relations and social life. It breaks the limitation of “transmission view” and provides new insightsfor re-examining the ontological problems of communication and communication studies. At present,most practical researches focus on the communication ritual view, and study a lot of cultural programs,traditional festivals, film and television variety shows, etc., while lack of attention to Chinese stylegames. Therefore, this paper focuses on the field of national style games, taking “100 Scenes South ofthe Yangtze River” as an example to study the innovation strategy in the perspective of communicationceremony. Firstly, the characteristics of cultural ceremony construction in Guo-style games are analyzedfrom the perspectives of scene transformation, meaning transmission, presentation mode and subjectparticipation in ceremonies, and then the shortcomings are reflected and the benign and long-termdevelopment path of guo-style games in the future is explored.
