Research On the Construction Path of County-level Financial Media Centers Participating in Grass-roots Governance from the Perspective of Polycentric Collaborative Governance
The continuous downward movement of the social governance center has made the
“centralized” grass-roots governance model impossible to reproduce. The county-level financial media
center should be investigated under the framework of grass-roots governance. Through analyzing
the current construction of county-level financial media centers, it is proposed that county-level
financial media centers should participate in grass-roots governance by guiding mainstream public
opinion. From the perspective of polycentric collaborative governance, this paper analyzes the existing
paths and problems of county-level financial media centers participating in grass-roots governance,
and proposes that county-level financial media centers should carry out polycentric collaborative
cooperation with party and government departments, local media and local people in the role of “key
information coordinator” and “authoritative information publisher” to jointly participate in grass-roots
public opinion governance, and puts forward specific collaborative governance paths combining with
examples.
