• Abstract: 党的二十大报告强调提出“加快构建中国话语和中国叙事体系”的现实要求。本文着重从学理上深入阐明国际传播语境下构建中国叙事体系的三个基本问题，即“何谓中国叙事体系”“为何构建中国叙事体系”“如何构建中国叙事体系”。中国叙事体系既是一种国家叙事，也是一项国家战略，“如何讲好中国故事”是其核心内涵，它还蕴含了以叙事为媒介理解中国的方式与可能性。以构建中国叙事体系提升国际传播话语权和促进中国自主知识体系建设，是构建中国叙事体系的双重价值。“外层的叙事策略”“中间层的叙事立场”“内层的叙事认同”是构建中国叙事体系的三个层次。
• The report of the 20th National Congress of the CPC proposed to “accelerate the construction of Chinese discourse and Chinese narrative system”. This paper focuses on the three basic issues of building a Chinese narrative system in the context of international communication, namely, “what is the Chinese narrative system”, “why build a Chinese narrative system” and “how to build a Chinese narrative system”. The Chinese narrative system is both a national narrative and a national strategy, “How to tell a good Chinese story” is its core connotation, which also contains the way to understand China through narration. To build a Chinese narrative system in order to enhance the voice of international communication and promote the construction of China’s independent knowledge system is the dual value of building a Chinese narrative system. “The narrative strategy of outer-field”, “the narrative standpoint of middle-field” and “the narrative identity of inner-field” are the three levels of Chinese narrative system.
