信息疫情背景下主流媒体话语权提升路径 ——基于区块链技术视角

• 摘要： 信息疫情时期高度不确定的网络舆论环境使得信息的扩散机制正在从单一化走向多元化，新闻场域随之发生变化，信息的不可控性给主流媒体的话语权带来了极大冲击。近年来，区块链技术开始在新闻与传播领域中运用，其技术的去中心化、信息可追溯性、公开透明性等能为主流媒体话语权的提升产生巨大推力。本文首先探究主流媒体话语权的生成逻辑，在信息疫情的背景下从构建信任网络、创新报道内容、保护内容版权三个方面，以区块链技术作为触发点，探索日渐式微的主流媒体话语权提升的可行路径。
• During the infodemic, the highly uncertain network public sentiment environment makes the information diffusion mechanism from simplification to diversification, and the media field changes accordingly. The uncontrollability of information has brought a great impact on the discourse power of the mainstream media. In recent years, blockchain technology has begun to be used in the field of Journalism and communication. Its decentralization, information traceability, openness and transparency can generate great impetus for the improvement of the discourse power of mainstream media. This paper first explores the generation logic of the discourse power of mainstream media. At the same time, using blockchain technology as a trigger, it explores a feasible path to enhance the discourse of declining mainstream media in the context of information epidemic from three aspects: establishing trust network, innovating reporting content, and protecting content copyright.
