• Abstract: 本文通过对鄂西巴东、利川两地融媒体的实地调研，分析两地融媒体发展的共性与差异，提出县域融媒体的增长的极限和“最优”问题，探讨了新闻人才培养的新模式。
• The essay analyzes general character and difference with two convergence media through the investigation in Badong and Licuan county. The author points out the question of limit of growth and optimization. The essay also discusses new mode of cultivation of convergence media talent.
