• Abstract: 本文首先介绍了名誉权的主体、客体和内容；其次提出新闻媒体有侵犯名誉权的问题，比如新闻媒体侮辱和诽谤他人、新闻媒体没有尽到合理核实义务、自媒体在网络公共空间侵犯名誉权等；最后提出对策，加大普法力度，增强公民和媒体从业者的“名誉权”法律意识、适用“实名制”、新闻媒体网络用户和网络服务提供者适用“避风港规则”和“红旗规则”。
• Firstly, this paper introduces the subject, object and content of reputation right; Secondly, it puts forward the problems that news media infringe on the right of reputation, such as news media insulting and slandering others, news media failing to fulfill the obligation of reasonable verification, self media infringing on the right of reputation in network public space, etc; Finally, it puts forward countermeasures to strengthen law popularization, enhance citizens’ and media practitioners’ legal awareness of “reputation right”, apply the “real name system”, and apply the “safe haven rules” and “red flag rules” to news media network users and network service providers.
