The Official WeChat public platform of Veterans Affairs transaction system (Official WeChat)
is the main field to develop the political education programs of veterans. It has important functions
such as ideological guidance, imformation transfer, interaction, opinions leading, and so on. Analyzing
the 2311 articles pushed by 31 Official WeChat of provincial administrative region in China with
content analysis and quantitative analysis, this article analysed the effects of some factors as publish
content, position, time, frequency, quantities, etc to disseminator influence. This article discussed the
way promoting the disseminator influence of the Official WeChat public platform of Veterans Affairs
transaction system from content construction, team development, interaction and so forth.
