• Abstract: 受湖北省委宣传部委托，中南财经政法大学融媒体团队于2021 年7 月10 日至17 日先后到鄂西恩施、利川、荆门、钟祥四县市进行基层融媒体调研。调研团队发现，基层融媒体普遍存在激励不足、融合不够、资金缺乏、用户不足、创新不足、人才匮乏等问题，发现融媒体对于人才需求强烈，特别欢迎懂理论、会技术、能实战的融合传播人才。
• According to the trust of Hubei Provincial Party Committee Propaganda Department. Team of Shi Yongjun had investigated convergence media in En Shi, Li Chuan, Jin Men and Zhong Xiang from10th July to 17th. The research team found that grass-roots financial media generally have problems such as insufficient incentive,insufficient integration, lack of funds, insufficient users, insufficient innovation and lack of talents. It found that financial media has a strong demand for talents, and especially welcomes integrated communication talents who understand theory, know technology and can fight in practice.
