人工智能在侦查中运用的缺陷之思考

• 摘要： 在网络化深度发展，数字化时代已经到来的今天，人工智能技术的研究与运用得到了广泛的关注。在侦查活动领域推行人工智能技术，可以极大地提高侦查效率，节约警力资源，推动侦查措施智能化，助力犯罪信息的收集、分类存储与快速检索。然而，人工智能技术在侦查中的运用仍然停留在初级阶段，对人工智能技术在侦查中的运用需要进一步的分析与改良。对于人工智能技术在侦查中运用现存的缺陷，可以从人工智能自身的原理、侦查运用的实践与价值三个层面进行思考，从观念上明确人工智能的工具属性，在运用上规范化，推动人工智能技术在侦查领域的进一步运用。
• Today, with the deep development of networking and the arrival of the digital era, the research and application of artificial intelligence technology has received widespread attention. The implementation of artificial intelligence technology in the field of investigative activities can greatly improve the efficiency of investigation, save police resources, promote the intelligence of investigative measures, and help collect, classify, store and quickly retrieve criminal information. However, the use of artificial intelligence technology in investigation is still in the primary stage, the use of artificial intelligence technology in investigation requires further analysis and improvement, for the use of artificial intelligence technology in the investigation of the existing defects, can be from the principle of artificial intelligence itself, the use of the practice of investigation and the value of the three levels of thinking, from the concept of a clear tool of artificial intelligence attributes, the use of the standardisation, and promote the use of artificial intelligence technology in the field of investigation. The further use of artificial intelligence technology in the field of investigation.
