Research on the Construction of Dynamic Rural Police System:An Analysis Based on the Practice of "Fingertip Police Station" in Yiyuan County, Shandong Province
Since the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the country has attached increasing importance to the construction of safe and peaceful rural areas. However, the current situation of weak law enforcement in rural areas, dispersed police resources, and lack of effective management and coordination has made the rural security situation increasingly severe. Based on the successful practice of the "Fingertip Police Station" in Yiyuan County, Shandong Province, this article advocates the construction of a dynamic rural police system with a systematic concept. Combining the relevant theories of dynamic police systems, a hierarchical management and collaborative responsibility mechanism for rural dynamic security coordination and sharing is presented at three levels: command, security, and service. This opens up a new path for diversified police practices and proposes new ideas for addressing the shortcomings of rural security control at the current stage.
