• 摘要： 社会工程学是一种能够通过操纵心理进而使对方做出期望行为的手段。它不仅在网络安全领域有着广泛的应用，而且在侦查取证中也发挥着重要的作用。本文将按照以下顺序展开论述：介绍社会工程学的概念及其技术和方法，并探究其在侦查取证中的应用价值；列举在侦查取证中运用社会工程学技巧的场景，以案例分析的方式，从实践角度出发探究如何在侦查取证中应用这一手段；对上述分析加以总结，得出运用社会工程学进行侦查取证的优势，以及未来如何更好地发挥社会工程学对于侦查工作的积极作用，尤其是在大数据和信息化时代，如何有效利用它同犯罪分子斗争和博弈。
• Social engineering is a tool that can manipulate psychology to make the opponent behave in a desired way, and it is widely used not only in the ἀeld of network security, but also plays an important role in forensics. In this paper, we will start the discussion in the following order: introduce the concept of social engineering and its techniques and methods, and explore its application value in forensic investigation; list the scenarios of using social engineering techniques and methods in forensic investigation, and explore how to apply this technique in forensic investigation from a practical point of view by means of case studies; summarize the above analysis, and conclude the advantages of using social engineering in forensic investigation, and how to better apply it in the future. Ḁe above analysis is summarized, and the advantages of using social engineering in forensic investigation and how to make better use of social engineering in the future, especially in the era of big data and information technology, how to use this tool to ἀght and play with criminals.
