With the arrival of the post rural society era, the degree of urban-rural integration has been further improved, and the widening gap between rich and poor has prompted a large number of rural surplus labor to migrate to cities to seek development opportunities. At the same time, the number of young people left behind in rural areas is increasing. The judicial data in recent years shows that the crime of young people left behind in rural areas has become a social phenomenon that cannot be ignored. By applying the theory of crime structure, this paper explores the causes behind the crime of rural left behind teenagers from the two aspects of subject and object factors, and according to the analysis results, puts forward targeted prevention and control and corrective measures from the three levels of family, school and community respectively.
