• 摘要： 随着后乡土社会时代的到来，城乡融合程度进一步提高，贫富差距的扩大促使一大批农村剩余劳动力转移至城市寻求发展机会。与此同时，农村留守青少年的人数越来越多，近些年的司法数据显示，农村留守青少年犯罪已经成为不可忽视的社会现象。本文通过应用犯罪结构理论，从主体和客体因素两大方面探究农村留守青少年犯罪的背后成因，并根据分析结果，分别从家庭、学校和社区三大层面提出针对性的防控和矫正对策。
• With the arrival of the post rural society era, the degree of urban-rural integration has been further improved, and the widening gap between rich and poor has prompted a large number of rural surplus labor to migrate to cities to seek development opportunities. At the same time, the number of young people left behind in rural areas is increasing. The judicial data in recent years shows that the crime of young people left behind in rural areas has become a social phenomenon that cannot be ignored. By applying the theory of crime structure, this paper explores the causes behind the crime of rural left behind teenagers from the two aspects of subject and object factors, and according to the analysis results, puts forward targeted prevention and control and corrective measures from the three levels of family, school and community respectively.
