- Abstract: 司法鉴定具有科学性和法律性高度统一的特点，其基本准则就是客观、公平、公正，这也是司法鉴定区别于传统检验或检测活动的原因。如何让司法鉴定人更准确、规范地运用科学技术或专门知识对诉讼涉及的专门性问题进行鉴别和判断并提供客观、准确的鉴定意见，将成为司法鉴定质量控制的要点。
- Forensic expertise has the characteristics of high unity of science and law, and its basic criteria are objective, fair and just, which is also the difference between forensic expertise and traditional inspection or testing activities. How to make forensic experts use science and technology or expertise more accurately and normatively to identify and judge the specific issues involved in litigation, and provide objective and accurate expert opinions, will become the key point of forensic quality control.
