• 摘要： 视频监控技术在大数据时代、5G 技术的影响下，正日益实现智能化，从简单的录制发展到自动信息识别、碰撞、处理。视频侦查的地位在侦查措施中显著提升，发挥的作用越来越大，帮助公安机关完成更多的任务。视频监控不是部分的改变，可谓整体的蜕变，从最前端的信息采集系统（摄像头），到信息存储系统，再到终端的信息处理系统，全部升级为智能化设备。目前在公安工作中最常用的就是人体面部识别技术和车辆检测技术。其在案件侦查过程中发挥了巨大的作用。
• Under the influence of big data era and 5G technology, video surveillance technology is becoming increasingly intelligent, from simple recording to automatic information identification, collision and processing. The status of video detection has been significantly promoted in the investigation measures, and it plays an increasingly important role in helping public security organs to complete more tasks. Video surveillance is not a partial change, but an overall transformation, from the front-end information collection system (camera), to the information storage system, and then to the terminal information processing system, all upgraded to intelligent equipment. At present, human face recognition technology and vehicle detection technology are the most commonly used in public security work. It has played a great role in the process of case investigation.
