人脸识别技术侦查运用的瓶颈与突破

• Abstract: 人脸识别技术作为第三次科技革命成果，在侦查工作中发挥了不可替代的作用，为提升侦查效率等做出了巨大贡献。但复杂环境之下的技术滞后、法律层面的风险、数据资源整合共享匮乏、运用机制缺陷、侦查主体对数据挖掘研判能力落后等系列性问题造成了人脸识别技术在实际侦查运用中的发展瓶颈，从自身技术的完善、法律风险的规范、信息资源的多元共享等方面提出突破路径，有效规避障碍，以期最大程度地发挥其在侦查工作中的应用。
• As a creative invention in the third scientific and technological revolution, face recognition technology has played an irreplaceable role in criminal investigation and has made great contributions to improving the efficiency of investigation. However, a series of problems such as technical lag in a complex environment, legal risks, lack of data resource integration and sharing, flaws in application mechanisms, and lagging capabilities of investigators in data mining research and judgment have caused the development of face recognition technology in actual investigation applications. Propose breakthrough paths from aspects such as the improvement of its own technology, the regulation of legal risks, and the diversified sharing of information resources, effectively avoiding obstacles, in order to maximize its application in investigation work.
