As a product of the deep integration of modern scientific and technological means and trials, the online
trial mode makes full use of the efficient and convenient features of the Internet to make effective use of judicial
resources, expand the radiation effect of supply, and enhance the user experience of the judicial “supply side” and
“demand side”. However, for the collection and transmission of evidence under the online trial mode, there are
still some problems, such as the difficulty in tracing the physical evidence, whether the verbal evidence is true
and voluntary, the lack of preservation procedures for written materials and the lack of standards for electronic
data. On the basis of analyzing that the traditional evidence collection and transmission process does not adapt to
the online court trial mode, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the reform combined with the current
advanced experience and favorable exploration, so as to better help the judicial supply-side reform and provide
theoretical support for the intelligent justice.
