论看守所羁押人员心理干预

• 摘要： 看守所羁押人员心理干预是公安监管和法庭审判的有效润滑剂，是促进我国未成年人 特色法律保护体系完善的需要，是促进我国司法体系与国际接轨的需要。通过心理咨询，心理 辅导和心理训练等多途径对羁押人员进行心理干预。恐惧焦虑心理干预采用放松情绪、恢复理 智法；愤怒冲动心理干预通过正视正念来抑制冲动；压抑低落心境干预通过情感释放与爱力觉 醒法；孤独寂寞心理干预通过尊重互助、改善人际法；自卑失落心理干预通过接受现实、积极 面对法。看守所羁押人员心理干预完善的对策要注意四个方面的结合：案前预防与案后干预相 结合，心理干预力量的专业化与社会社会化相结合，心理干预队伍的专职与兼职相结合，个体 心理干预与家庭系统疏导相结合。
• Psychological intervention of detainees in detention centers is an effective lubricant for public security supervision and court trials. It is a need to promote the improvement of China minor legal protection system, and a need to promote the integration of China judicial system with international standards. There are some ways to intervene in detainees, such as psychological consulation, psychological counseling and psychological training. The perfect countermeasures for psychological intervention of detainees in detention centers should should focus on the combination of the following four aspects: the combination of pre-case prevention and post-case intervention, the professionalization of psychological intervention forces and social socialization, the combination of full-time and part-time psychological intervention teams, and the combination of individual’s psychological intervention and family system grooming.
