• 摘要： 《全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于司法鉴定管理问题的决定》颁布实施以后，高校 司法鉴定机构发展迅猛，逐渐成为了司法鉴定领域的主力军。司法鉴定制度改革和高等教育改 革为高校司法鉴定机构的生存和发展带来了勃勃生机，同时也对高校鉴定机构提出了新的挑战。 在此语境下，高校司法鉴定机构必须重新审视自身的优势和不足，定位自己的发展方向和高度， 并采取相应的改革措施，应对新时代发展的要求，方可真正不负时代勇立潮头。
• Since the promulgation and implementation of the Decision of Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress on the Managent of Forensic Identification, the institutions of judicial expertise in colleges and universities have developed rapidly and gradually become the main force in the field of judicial expertise. The reform of judicial expertise system and higher education has brought vitality to the survival and development of University judicial expertise institutions, but also bring new challenges to them. The judicial appraisal institutions in colleges and universities must re-examine their own advantages and disadvantages, reposition their own development direction and height, and take corresponding reform measures to meet the requirements of the development of the new era.
