Abstract: 为提高植物生理学开放性实验教学质量，实现质量控制，结合仙客来愈伤组织玻璃化超低温保存项目，将 PDCA 法运用到植物生理学开放性实验教学过程中。结果显示，PDCA 法有助于培养学生发现问题、解决问题和主动学习的能力并能提高学生理解和动手能力。
In order to improve the quality of open experiment teaching in plant physiology and realize the quality control, PDCA method was applied to the process of open experiment teaching in plant physiology in combination with the project of cryopreservation of callus vitrification in Cyclamen. The results show that PDCA method is helpful to cultivate students’ ability of finding, solving and active learning, and to improve students’ ability of understanding and practice.
