• 摘要： 分析了我国近年来环城高速公路交通工程建设中存在的噪声污染、收 费系统机电车道和站监控室设计数量不足、信息发布系统不完善、二义性工作 站设置点不合理、公路地界的隔离不力与防盗意识不高、收费费率不灵活等问题。 从便民、利民、提高公路使用效率等多方面提出了改进方法及措施。
• The problems existing in traffic engineering construction of expressway around the city in our country in recent years are analyzed, such as noise pollution, not sufficient design quantity of mechanical and electrical lanes as well as surveillance rooms at the station of toll collection system, imperfection in information publishing system, irrationality in set point of workstation with ambiguity, weakness in isolation of highway boundaries, not high security awareness, inflexibility in toll rate. Improvement methods and measures are proposed from many aspects such as convenience for people, benefiting people, and improving service efficiency of highway.
