• 摘要： 不同法系在家事纠纷的解决路径上各有侧重和优势，体现了宪法所规定的基本权利，也反映了近年来世界范围内家事审判变革的方向。本文通过深入分析代表性国家的家事案件解决机制，对总体机制建构的演进趋向进行总结归纳，并从中借鉴有益部分，期望能够为建设更适应我国社会需求的家事诉讼解决机制提供有益的思考方案。
• Different legal systems emphasize distinct paths for resolving family disputes, reflecting the basic rights established by the constitution and mirroring the recent global trends in family law reforms. This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the family dispute resolution mechanisms in representative countries, summarizing the evolution of these overall mechanisms. It aims to draw valuable insights that could contribute to developing a family litigation resolution mechanism better suited to the needs of our society.
