• Abstract: 本论文通过对在线教育的发展历史与政府对其的规制变化进行梳理，研究其中属于在线教育组成部分的在线教育培训的发展与规制历史，得出从萌芽时期的无序发展再到鼎盛时期的亟需规制，最后到政府进行打压与严格规范的衰败与转型。同时本论文还对在线教育与在线教育培训的概念进行了探讨，对两者的特点也进行了一定程度的总结与归纳。
• By sorting out the development history of online education and the regulatory changes of the government, this paper studies the development and regulatory history of online education training, which is a part of online education, and concludes that the disorderly development in the embryonic period, the urgent regulation in the peak period, and finally the decline and transformation of government suppression and strict regulation. At the same time, this paper also discusses the concept of online education and online education training, and summarizes the characteristics of both to a certain extent.
