• Abstract: 随着2020年疫情暴发，不少培训机构从线下转为线上教学，在线教育培训市场由此迎来了高光时刻。同时在线教育培训市场法律治理也带来了一些问题。尽管我国的教育培训市场法律治理在“双减”政策的指导下取得了一系列的初步成就，但对于在线教育培训市场法律治理来说仍存在着立法缺失、监管受阻等方面的问题。本文将通过分析在线教育培训市场相关核心概念及在线教育培训市场法法律治理现状，来找出在线教育培训市场法律治理的困境，从而完善在线教育培训市场法律治理。
• With the outbreak of the epidemic in 2020, many training institutionshave switched from offline to online teaching, and the online education andtraining market has ushered in a highlight moment. At the same time, thelegal governance of online education and training market also brings someproblems. Although the legal governance of China’s education and trainingmarket has made a series of initial achievements under the guidance of the“double reduction” policy, there are still problems in the legal governance ofonline education and training market such as lack of legislation and blockedsupervision. This paper will find out the dilemma of legal governance of onlineeducation and training market by analyzing the relevant core concepts of onlineeducation and training market and the current legal governance of onlineeducation and training market, so as to improve the legal governance of onlineeducation and training market.
