• 摘要： 中国法学本科教育蓬勃发展，但存在培养目标错位的问题。法学教育的培养目标应定位于精英教育。精英教育的目标定位决定了法学教育的职业性质，要求法学本科教育采用复合型培养的模式，注重对学生的职业素质的培养。
• Undergraduate law education in China is booming, but there is a problem of misplaced training objectives. The aim of legal education should be elite education. The objective orientation of elite education determines the professional nature of law education, which requires the undergraduate education of law to adopt the mode of compound training and pay attention to the cultivation of students’ professional quality.
