• Abstract: 法律方法是法律适用中所要应用到的各种方法，它是法学产生和存在的基础。因此法律方法在法学教育中居于核心地位，具有决定意义。同时，法律方法的培养不能简单地化约为一种知识的传授，而必须借助法律实践经验地习得。我国法学教育面临的主要任务就是实践教学的改革。
• The legal method is the application of law in the application of all kinds of methods, it is the foundation of the generation and existence of law. Therefore, the legal method occupies the core position in the legal education and has the decisive significance. At the same time, the cultivation of legal methods can not be reduced to a simple imparting of knowledge, but must be learned with the help of legal practice experience. The main task of law education is the reform of practice teaching.
