- Abstract: 法学教育是“通才”教育，是素质教育。法学理论课程教学是素质教育中的基础教育、学生理论基础的广度和深度直接决定着他职业品格和执业能力的形成，同时对其后劲的积蓄也具有决定性的意义。因此，法学教学的改革首先是法学理论课程的教学改革，这是一个系统工程，需要全社会的重视。
- Legal education is “generalist” education, is quality education. Legal theory course teaching is the basic education in quality education, the breadth and depth of students’ theoretical foundation directly determines the formation of his professional character and practice ability, and also has a decisive significance for his potential savings. Therefore, the reform of law teaching is the teaching reform of legal theory course, which is a systematic project and needs the attention of the whole society.
