• Abstract: 物联网的兴起和电子产品的广泛使用，解决了许多原本复杂的问题，但却又加剧了不同群体之间的数据差距，数据鸿沟作为一个日益凸显的问题，已经在现实生活中不容忽视。在数字化时代中，老年群体往往易被大数据忽视，如何保障老年弱势群体的基本权利，帮助我国老年群体迈过数据鸿沟，使数字技术惠及大众，既是一个理论问题，又是一个实践问题。
• The rise of the Internet of Things and the wide application of electronic products have solved many originally complicated problems, but it has aggravated the data gap between different groups. As an increasingly prominent problem, the data gap can not be ignored in real life. In the digital age, the elderly groups are often overlooked by big data. How to protect the basic rights of the vulnerable groups of the elderly, help the elderly groups in China overcome the digital divide and make digital technology benefit the public is both a practical and a theoretical problem.
