• Abstract: 为了减少护患纠纷及防止医疗事故的发生，护理工作者应增强法律意识，提高防范风险的能力。本文对临床护理工作中常见的几种法律问题进行探讨总结并提出了相应的解决措施。
• In order to reduce the disputes between nurses and patients and prevent the occurrence of medical accidents, nursing workers should enhance their legal awareness and enhance their ability to prevent risks. This paper discusses and summarizes several common legal problems in clinical nursing work and puts forward corresponding solutions.
