• Abstract: 人身安全保护令制度自2016 年颁布，至今已经实行5年。从检索平台上裁判文书反映的情况来看，许多受害人已经学会利用法律作为武器来捍卫自己的权利，然而由于《反家庭暴力法》中此项规定过于原则，导致制度难以实际操作，面临着各种困境和挑战。本文通过对武汉市此项制度的实施状况进行考察分析，以此来探寻困境之解决方案。
• The personal safety protection order system has been in force for 5 years since it was promulgated in 2016. Judging from the situation reflected in the judgment documents on the search platform, many victims have learned to use the law as a weapon to defend their rights. However, because this provision in the Anti-Domestic Violence Law is too principled, the system is difficult to operate in practice. Difficulties and challenges. This article investigates and analyzes the implementation of this system in Wuhan to explore solutions to the dilemma.
