• Abstract: 比较教学法是将具有某种联系与区别的教学内容放在一起进行分析对比 , 在比较中指示其本质特征 , 让学生准确而科学地把握其要点 , 以达到预期的教学目的的法学。
• Comparative teaching method is the science of law that puts together the teaching contents with certain connection and difference, and indicates its essential characteristics in the comparison, so that students can grasp its main points accurately and scientifically in order to achieve the expected teaching purpose.
