• 摘要： 扫黑除恶专项斗争决战决胜阶段后，我们所面临的不仅仅是扫清打尽当前凸显出的黑恶势力，更重要的在于常态化的预防打击与长效常治机制的构建。本文主要以黄陂区黑恶势力现状分析为基础，总结黄陂区扫黑除恶专项斗争成效，从构建重点行业领域的常态化监督防控机制、完善各部门的协同联动机制、构建黑恶犯罪治理与网格化管理的互通对接机制、构建本地区社会力量的高效参与机制与构建黑恶犯罪治理的智能化运行机制五个方面，对推动黄陂区扫黑除恶长效常治，促进黄陂区治安状况持续向好进行了探索研究。
• After the decisive stage of the special struggle against the underworld and evil, what we are facing is not only to wipe out the current prominent evil forces, but also to build a normal prevention and long-term and regular governance mechanism. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the underworld and evil forces in Huangpi District, this paper summarizes the effectiveness of the special struggle against gangsters and evils in Huangpi District, including the establishment of a regular supervision and control mechanism in key industries, the improvement of the coordination and linkage mechanism of various departments, the construction of an interactive docking mechanism between the criminal governance and grid management, the efficient participation mechanism of local social forces, and the construction of criminal governance In the five aspects of intelligent operation mechanism, this paper explores and studies the promotion of long-term and regular treatment of anti-corruption and anti-corruption in Huangpi District, and promotes the sustainable improvement of public security in Huangpi District.
