China is in the critical period of economic transformation and structural reform. In this era, the conflicts of interests between labor and capital are common, and the imbalance of labor relations in enterprises is becoming increasingly prominent. Therefore, it is urgent for all parties to clarify the main problems existing in the construction of enterprise labor relations and point out the direction for the construction of harmonious labor relations. Since the implementation of the labor contract law, the rights and interests of workers have been more widely protected. However, due to some enterprises and workers do not understand the relevant laws, leading to labor disputes and disputes are still more prominent. How to better prevent labor disputes and reduce business pressure and risk is equally important for enterprise development and social harmony. This paper takes the significance of labor legal dispute system as the breakthrough point, analyzes the common legal risks in labor disputes, and puts forward corresponding solutions, in order to provide theoretical support for related research.
