基于司法考试的国际法教学模式探析

  • 摘要: 在司法考试背景下,国际法教学模式应予创新。在教学内容的组织方面, 围绕基本内容和重点内容来组织教学,同时注重学科间的融会贯通,服务于法 学教学的全局,拉抬法学教学的整体效果;在教学方法的运用方面,以讲授法 为教学基本方法,更为广泛地运用案例分析法和讨论法;在实践教学的开展方面, 以模拟法庭的实践教学、法律诊所实践教学、专业性质的辩论赛为主要着力点, 盘活国际法实践教学;在教学测评的实施方面,完善平时考核的依据,提升期 末考试的命题质量,全面改进国际法的教学测评。
  • Under the background of judicial examination, the teaching mode of international law should be innovated. In terms of the organization of teaching content, the teaching should be organized around the basic content and key content, at the same time, the integration of disciplines should be emphasized to serve the overall situation of law teaching, and the overall effect of law teaching should be promoted; in the application of teaching methods, the teaching method should be the basic teaching method, and the case analysis and discussion method should be widely used; in the practice teaching, the teaching method should be used as the basic teaching method In the implementation of teaching evaluation, we should improve the basis of usual assessment, improve the quality of final examination, and comprehensively improve the teaching evaluation of international law.
