• Abstract: 三维GIS 的发展为土木工程的决策提供了一个有力的工具。首先介绍了三维GIS 的最新进展，然后分析了利用国产三维GIS 软件-MAGIS 进行工程量计算、道 路设计以及淹没区模拟的方法。研究结果说明三维GIS 可以提高工作效率和决 策能力，在土木工程领域具有广泛的应用前景。
• The development of 3D GIS provides a powerful tool for civil engineering decision-making. This paper first introduces the latest development of 3D GIS, then analyzes the methods of engineering calculation, road design and inundation area simulation using MAGIS, a 3d GIS software made in China. The results show that THREE-DIMENSIONAL GIS can improve work efficiency and decision-making ability, and has a broad application prospect in civil engineering.
