• Abstract: 牛病毒性腹泻（Bovine Viral Diarrhea, BVD/ Mucosal Disease，MD），是由牛病毒性腹泻病毒，又称粘膜病病毒（Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virus，BVDV）引起的一种以腹泻、发热、黏膜坏死、白细胞减少、繁殖障碍的高致死率疾病，临床上常见的多为隐性病例，为更好防控牛病毒性腹泻，本文拟从病原、临床症状、传播形式及其危害、BVDV 基因组结构、BVDV 的诊断方法以及防制等方面展开论述，分析牛病毒性腹泻的最新研究进展，为科学、有效预防该病提供一定的技术支持。
• Bovine Viral Diarrhea (Bovine Viral Diarrhea, BVD/Mucosal Diseases, MD), is made up of Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virus, also known as the Mucosal disease Virus (Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virus comes, BVDV) caused by a kind of Diarrhea, fever, Mucosal necrosis, white blood cells reduce the deadly disease, reproductive disorders, clinical go up common recessive cases, for a better prevention and control of Bovine Viral Diarrhea. In this paper, the etiology, clinical symptoms, transmission forms and their hazards, BVDV genome structure, BVDV diagnostic methods and prevention and control are discussed. The latest research progress of bovine viral diarrhea was analyzed to provide some technical support for scientific and effective prevention of the disease.
