Abstract: Based on the policy of “Outline for Building a Strong Country in Sports”, this study aims to explore the differential impact of physical health tests on the physical quality of college students and promote the popularization of the concept of “health first”. Based on the National Student Physical Health Standards jointly promulgated by the Ministry of Education and the State General Administration of Sports in 2002, the study adopts methods such as literature analysis, questionnaire survey and data statistics, and uses SPSS 25.0 software for descriptive statistics, independent sample T-testing and variance analysis. The research results show that: Firstly, in the dimension of body morphology, there is a significant gender difference (p<0.05), and boys are better than girls in terms of height, weight and other indicators; Secondly, the physical health test is significantly positively correlated with the physical function of college students; Finally, the physical fitness test has a significant positive impact on the physical quality of students. Research shows that physical health assessments can effectively promote the improvement of college students’ physical quality, which is conducive to cultivating exercise habits and enhancing fitness awareness. Therefore, colleges and universities should continue to strengthen physical health testing as an important grasp to improve students’ physical quality. At the same time, targeted physical education and exercise plans should be formulated according to the test results to further optimize the physical health of college students. It is recommended that schools integrate physical health tests into the regular education evaluation system, establish a long-term mechanism, and effectively improve the overall physical quality of college students.本研究以《体育强国建设纲要》政策为背景,旨在探讨体质健康测试对大学生身体素质的差异性影响,并推动“健康第一”理念的普及。研究以教育部、国家体育总局2002年联合颁布的《国家学生体质健康标准》为依据,采用文献分析、问卷调查和数据统计等方法,利用SPSS 25.0软件进行描述性统计、独立样本T检验和方差分析。研究结果显示:首先,在身体形态维度,性别差异显著(p<0.05),男性在身高、体重等指标上优于女性;其次,体质健康测试与大学生身体机能呈显著正相关;最后,体能测试对学生身体素质具有显著正向影响。研究表明,体质健康测评能有效促进大学生身体素质的提升,有助于培养运动习惯和增强健身意识。因此,高校应持续加强体质健康检测,将其作为提升学生身体素质的重要抓手。同时,应根据测试结果制定针对性的体育教学和锻炼方案,以进一步优化大学生体质健康水平。建议学校将体质健康测试纳入常规教育评估体系,建立长效机制,切实提升大学生整体身体素质。

Abstract: The study selected college students through stratified sampling and used SPSS 25.0 data analysis to construct a three-dimensional framework of “cognition emotion behavior” to systematically analyze the dynamic effects of physical exercise on mental health. The results showed that over half of the students recognized the value of physical exercise and had positive psychological experiences; Cognitive level is significantly positively correlated with mental health (p<0.05), and emotional experience plays a key mediating role. Regular exercise significantly improves psychological adjustment, emotional stability, and social adaptability, providing empirical evidence for the mechanism of physical and mental interaction. Popularizing sports knowledge can cultivate interest and motivation, laying a lifelong foundation for sports; Building diverse exercise programs that meet personalized needs, enhance participation motivation and self-discipline, is of great significance for the development of mental health. The research has filled the gap in previous exploration of the mechanism of action and provided new ideas for differentiated sports interventions and optimization of physical education in universities.研究以分层抽样选取的高校大学生为对象,运用SPSS25.0进行数据分析,构建“认知—情感—行为”三维框架,系统解析体育锻炼对心理健康的动态作用。结果显示,超半数学生认可体育锻炼价值并获得积极心理体验;认知水平与心理健康显著正相关(p<0.05),情感体验起关键中介作用。规律性锻炼显著提升心理调适、情绪稳定及社会适应能力,为身心交互机制提供实证依据。普及运动知识有助于培养学生兴趣与动机,奠定终身体育基础;构建多元运动方案契合个性化需求,能增强学生参与动力与自律性,对心理健康发展意义重大。本研究弥补了既往对体育锻炼与心理健康作用机制探讨的不足,为高校差异化运动干预与体育教育优化提供了新思路。

Abstract: Based on structural equation modeling, this study constructs the impact of cultural, sports, and tourism dimensions on tourist satisfaction in the context of cultural, sports, and tourism integration. The mutual influence mechanism between tourist perceived value and overall customer satisfaction (tourist satisfaction, tourist loyalty) is analyzed. It is found that tourist expected value and perceived quality of cultural, sports, and tourism integration are the main factors affecting perceived quality of cultural, sports, and tourism integration. Perceived quality of cultural, sports, and tourism integration, perceived quality of public services in tourist destinations, and perceived value of tourism have a positive impact on overall tourist satisfaction. At the same time, in the dimension of overall tourist satisfaction, tourist satisfaction also has a certain impact on tourist loyalty. This article proposes a path to enhance tourist satisfaction through the integration of culture, sports, and tourism in tourist destinations from three levels: resources, products, and markets, in order to promote sustainable economic development of tourist destinations through the integration of culture, sports, and tourism.本研究基于结构方程模型,构建了文体旅融合背景下文化、体育、旅游维度对游客旅游满意度的影响模型,分析了游客旅游感知价值与总体顾客满意度(游客满意度、游客忠诚度)之间的相互影响机制。研究发现,游客旅游期望值和文体旅融合质量感知是影响游客对文体旅融合质量评价的主要因素,文体旅融合质量感知、旅游地公共服务质量感知、旅游感知价值对总体游客满意度具有正向影响。同时在总体游客满意度的构成维度中游客满意度对游客忠诚度也存在一定影响。本文从资源、产品、市场三个层次,提出旅游地通过文体旅融合提升游客满意度的路径,以期借助文体旅融合促进旅游地经济可持续发展。

Abstract: From the perspective of tourist satisfaction, this paper proposes hypotheses based on the dimensions of tourists’ perceived value, satisfaction, and post-visit behavioral intention, and constructs a theoretical model diagram for tourist satisfaction research. Data was collected through field surveys, and structural equation modeling (SEM) was built using SmartPLS statistical analysis to test the hypotheses. The study examines the relationships between tourists’ perceived value, satisfaction, and behavioral intention at the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding. The results indicate that there are significant positive correlations between perceived value and satisfaction, as well as between satisfaction and post-visit behavioral intention. Satisfaction not only enhances tourists’ behavioral responses but also plays a mediating role in the relationship between perceived value and behavioral intention. Finally, based on the hypothesis testing and discussion, recommendations are proposed for improving the development of the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding.本文从游客满意度的角度切入,基于游客感知价值、满意度、旅游后行为意向维度提出假设,构建游客满意度研究理论模型图。通过实地调研获取数据,运用Smart.Pls统计分析构建结构方程模型,并对假设进行验证,探究成都大熊猫繁育研究基地游客感知价值与满意度、行为意向的影响关系。结果表明:感知价值与满意度和旅游后行为意向之间存在显著的正相关关系。满意度可以增强游客行为,并在感知价值与行为意向的关系中发挥中介作用。最后,根据相关的研究假设检验和讨论,提出成都大熊猫繁育研究基地提升发展的建议。

Abstract: Based on the grounded theory and with the help of Nvivo qualitative analysis software, with “mountain tourism development” as the main topic, 30 core authoritative literatures were retrieved on CNKI as the object of this study, and the status quo and development path characteristics of mountain tourism were analyzed by using the word frequency function. Study found: tourism, mountain, development of word frequency, fully highlighted in this paper, the research direction and topic again by Nvivo qualitative analysis code, including code consists of open coding, axial coding and choose encoding finally concludes that our country mountain tourism development path to build model guided by mountain ecological tourism, mountain tourism administration, mountain tourism culture, mountain tourism, mountain tourism economy and mountain tourism safety of 6 dimensions. Mountain tourism ecology, mountain tourism government guidance, mountain tourism culture, mountain tourism market are the core category, mountain tourism economy and mountain tourism safety are the support category. These six dimensions fully show the development path of China’s current mountain tourism. Through the development of the path, this paper proposes that mountain tourism should be combined with the prospect of the cultural development of all regions and the construction of the internationalization of mountain tourism market, so as to provide certain theoretical support for the future development of China’s mountain tourism.基于扎根理论,借助Nvivo质性分析软件,以“山地旅游发展”为主题词,在中国知网(CNKI)检索30篇核心权威文献作为本研究对象,运用词频功能分析了山地旅游现状及发展路径的特点。研究发现:“旅游”“山地”“发展”词频众多,充分突出了本文研究的方向和话题再通过Nvivo质性分析编码,其中编码主要分为开放式的编码、轴心式编码和选择式编码最后构建模型得出我国山地旅游发展路径由山地旅游生态、山地旅游政府引导、山地旅游文化、山地旅游市场、山地旅游经济和山地旅游安全六个维度组成。其中山地旅游生态、山地旅游政府引导、山地旅游文化、山地旅游市场是核心类属,山地旅游经济和山地旅游安全属于支援类属。这六个维度充分地展现了我国现在山地旅游的发展路径,本文再通过发展路径提出山地旅游应结合各地区人文发展、营造国际化山地旅游市场等展望,为我国山地旅游的未来发展提供一定的理论支持。
